This includes your full name as per your identity card, an active Malaysian phone number, and an accessible email address. You are required to update your information should any changes occur. 399bet is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate information.
You are solely responsible for the security of your password and all activity that occurs under your account. Use a strong, unique password and never share your login credentials with anyone. 399bet will never ask for your password through any communication channel. All transactions on the 399bet platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit is set by default; however, personal limits can be configured through the Responsible Gaming section in your account settings.

The KYC process is typically completed within 24 hours. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in delays or rejection of the withdrawal.
Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from bets placed using bonus funds that have met the rollover requirements may be transferred to your real money balance and subsequently withdrawn. Should you choose to withdraw real money before fulfilling the bonus rollover requirements, the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be automatically forfeited.

This ensures that every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party. Live casino games are streamed live from licensed studios with real dealers. Completed game results that have been credited to an account are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.
In the event of a technical error, system disruption, or in-game error that produces an incorrect result, 399bet reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund the wagered amount to the relevant members' accounts. Winnings arising from a technical error or an obvious pricing error will not be paid out. 399bet will notify affected members by email within a reasonable timeframe.

399bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred, suspicious activity has taken place, or any circumstance arises that requires immediate action to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other members.
You may close your 399bet account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, any real money balance remaining in your account (after fulfilling all applicable rollover requirements) will be refunded via your original payment method. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before the closure date.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 399bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of anticipated winnings. 399bet's maximum total liability to you under any circumstance shall not exceed the real-money balance in your account at the time the claim arises.
